FAQs

What is onboarding like?

We start with a health screen and interview. Once we are certain this experience is safe and right for you, we will go over payment, match you with your trip sitter, and formally reserve your place.

This is right for me, but I can't afford it. Do you have options?

Yes, we love helping people make their dreams of attending come true! We offer flexible payment plans, a sliding fee scale, and on some occasions scholarships. Please inquire directly about these opportunities.

What is included in "all-inclusive?"

All food, board, and activities during the retreat, including private airport transfers from Montego Bay to Treasure Beach. Not Included: Flights.

Where is the villa located?

Treasure Beach, Jamaica. The closest international airport is Montego Bay.

Can I bring my partner or friend?

Yes! We highly encourage sharing this experience with a loved one! Plus, we offer shared bed discounts. :)

Do you accommodate food allergies or restrictions?

Yes, we are comfortable accommodating important dietary restrictions like vegan, gluten free, dairy intolerance, fish allergies, etc. However we are a small team and limited in what we can provide. If you have dietary concerns, please bring them up and we will let you know directly if we can accommodate you.

What about medical emergencies?

The closest medical clinic to the villa is 12km away.

What about travel warnings to Jamaica?

International travel comes with it's own inherent risks, however we mitigate most risks by staying in a safe, private place away from the hustle and bustle and providing pre-arranged and paid-for airport transfers to and from the villa. We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to travel warnings.
